Cat Real Estate is a real estate consultancy company based in Barcelona which deals in mediation in real estate investment and the sale and renting of offices, of business premises and of factory premises. We work mainly in Catalonia but occasionally work in other parts of Europe.

Cat Real Estate is in charge of the management of Cat 2005 real estate investment fund, which is specialised in the purchase of rented property. We are a company which offers its clients a serious, honest and discreet service with the utmost professionalism.

Cat Real Estate offers its clients a comprehensive service in real estate operations, from the purchasing of land to its commercialiation. The profile of the investing client is taken into account at all times as is the situation of the real estate market in that area.

The director of the company is Nacho Castella Casas, who has more than 8 years experience in the real estate sector in Barcelona. Six years in B and Gal as commercial manager and 2 years in Landscape ( Real estate subsidiary of Banco de Sabadell) as Purchasing Manager of the Group's Patrimony. He has a degree from the Universidad Pompeu Fabre in Law and a Masters in Management of Real Estate companies from the University of Barcelona. He has actively participated in many operations of relocation of large companies in Barcelona.
